2. About the Site

This Site is the personal advisory presence of Akber Abbas. It describes services, perspectives, and a way to get in touch. It is not a substitute for tailored professional advice.

3. No advisory relationship

Reading content here, submitting the contact form, or exchanging early messages does not create a consulting, fiduciary, legal, or employment relationship. Any engagement is established only through a separate written agreement.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Site.
  • Do not scrape the Site or use automated tools to harvest content or contact information.
  • Do not use the Site to send spam or harass anyone.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — copy, design, logos, photography, frameworks, and compiled code — is owned by Akber Abbas or used with permission. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Republishing, repackaging, or using the content to train machine-learning models is not permitted without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akber Abbas and his affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Direct damages, if any, are limited to USD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
