How I think
Three convictions I keep coming back to.
AI won't replace your people. Bad org design will. AI will just make it happen faster.
AI's job isn't to shrink the team. It's to let the team you have do the work of a team you can't yet afford.
Strategy without operating discipline is theater. Operating discipline without strategy is busywork.
